Differences Between Microcontrolled Type and Servo Type Regulators

Çetinkaya microcontrolled voltage regulator checks output voltage and produces PWM signals continualy for generating high sensitive output voltage. Basicly Çetinkaya microcontrolled voltage regulators are working for Tre RMS principles.
Microprocessor control output voltage 200 time a second.
If output voltage is inside of tolerance it does not perform unnecessary oscillation.
If output voltage is outside of tolerance microprocessor produce produce 36 KHz PWM signals and put output voltage in again inside of tolerance.
If output voltage is higher than high protection levelor lower than low protection level it gives vocalic alarm, and if user wants, regulator protects load suddenly.
Microprocessor regulates 200 V voltage differance less than one second.
User can enter output tolerance with frontpanel or computer like 1-2-3...10.
If microprocessor want to increase output voltage it does not pass regulation point..
If microprocessor want to decrease output voltage it does not pass regulation point. Regulator candisplay output voltage and output current with 2x16 LCD display. User can change voltage up protection level, voltage down protection level, voltage regulation level, tolerance with front panel. Regulator can display this information with 2x16 LCD same time.
User can control and monitor all the front panel operation with computer as well. Regulator use RS232 and RS485 interface.
User can operate data logging program with regulator software.
User can change limit protection time with computer.
Regulator regulates normally output voltage when the input voltage is between 150-250V for monophase system. Regulator regulates output voltage when the input voltage is between 270-480V for threephase system.
Regulator does not regulate normally output voltage when the input voltage is between 130-280V for monophase system. Regulator does not regulate normally when the input voltage is between 220-480V for threephase system. In this case regulator protect output load with circuit breaker.
Microprocessor protects short circuit and high circuit conditions. When the output voltage is outside normal voltage level, it cuts off output voltage.
User can enter voltage regulation level like 220-240-180.
User can pass main or regulator voltage with power switch.
Regulator is not effected when the input voltage frequencey toleranceis higher then 5%.
Variable transformer motors are protected with temperature sensor and limit switch..
Regulator product is higher than 90%.
Regulator can operate -20 C0 / 55 C0 temperature conditions.
Regulator can operate 90% humidity conditions (DIN 40040).
User can choose parasite suppress filter EMI-RFI filter optionally.
